Ecoporky Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Ecoporky. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including ordering pork and pork products through WhatsApp and other communication channels. By placing an order with Ecoporky, you agree to these terms.
1. Definitions
"Ecoporky", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the Ecoporky business. "Customer", "you", or "your" refers to any person placing an order or interacting with our services. "Services" refers to the sale and delivery of pork and pork-related products.
2. Ordering Process
- Orders are primarily placed via WhatsApp or other approved communication channels.
- By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided (name, phone number, delivery address) are accurate.
- Orders are only confirmed once acknowledged by Ecoporky.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
3. Pricing and Payments
- All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) unless otherwise stated.
- Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
- Payment methods will be communicated during the order process (e.g., mobile money, cash on delivery).
- Orders may require full or partial payment before delivery.
4. Delivery
- We aim to deliver within the agreed timeframe, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
- You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order at the delivery location.
- Additional delivery charges may apply depending on location.
- Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.
5. Product Quality and Handling
- We take all reasonable steps to ensure our products are fresh, hygienic, and of high quality.
- Customers are responsible for proper storage and handling of products after delivery.
- Due to the perishable nature of pork products, we do not accept returns once delivery is completed, except in cases of verified quality issues.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- Orders may be canceled before processing begins.
- Once an order is processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Use of Communication Platforms
- By communicating with us via WhatsApp or other platforms, you consent to receive messages related to your orders.
- We may also send occasional promotional messages, which you can opt out of at any time.
- Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Ecoporky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
9. Hygiene and Food Safety Disclaimer
While we maintain strict hygiene standards, customers must ensure that pork products are cooked and handled properly to avoid health risks. Ecoporky shall not be responsible for issues arising from improper handling after delivery.
10. Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, images, and content associated with Ecoporky remain our property and may not be used without permission.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
